Service Description

Boardpack is an AI-powered tool that helps NYC co-op buyers assemble their board application packages. We provide document organization, AI data extraction, personal statement drafting, and PDF generation.

Important Disclaimers

• Boardpack is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice
• AI-extracted data should be reviewed for accuracy before submission
• We do not guarantee board approval — package quality is one factor among many
• Board deadline tracking is informational and should not be your sole source of legal deadline management

Your Responsibilities

• Verify all AI-extracted data before submitting your package
• Ensure all uploaded documents are authentic and accurate
• Keep your account credentials secure

Payments & Refunds

Individual packages are a one-time payment of $299. Agent subscriptions are $50/month. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not downloaded the generated PDF.
